Work Structure.
Concept
Our work process involves being with our clients from the very beginning, starting with the concept phase of their project. We believe that understanding the client's vision and requirements is crucial to creating a successful design.
Design
Once the concept phase is complete, we move on to the design phase, where we create detailed plans and designs that bring the concept to life. We collaborate with our clients throughout, making sure that every aspect of the project is aligned with their vision.
Implementation
After finalizing the design, we proceed with the implementation phase, which involves construction, procurement, and installation. We work with the best contractors and suppliers to ensure that every aspect is executed to the highest standards.
Handover
Conduct final project handover after completing all QA/QC inspections and verifying that all systems are fully operational. Perform a client walkthrough, address any final observations, and ensure complete client satisfaction before formal project closeout.
